Maxxton’s review of 2023
We look back on an intensive and productive year. A year in which seeds were sown and harvests reaped.

Innovative solutions have been successfully implemented, contributing to further improvement in guest experience and operational efficiency. We ensured the continuity of our services by participating in various training sessions and becoming even more integrated into a tight-knit community of professionals.

Snapshot of innovative software integrations

Corporate Housing Factory is adapting to the tech-savvy preferences of business travellers with the launch of a user-friendly Progressive Web App (PWA), offering comprehensive information pre, during, and post-stay. Key partnerships showcase innovation, with Krim adopting Maxxton’s Unified Inbox for streamlined communication, EuroParcs introducing a new Owner Portal, and EuroResorts optimising efficiency with Maxxton’s Revenue Manager solution. The integration of the Activity Planner within the Web Manager enhances park activities for holiday parks, contributing to an enriched customer journey.

The dedication to operational continuity is evident with the adoption of Codekeeper, ensuring disaster-proof operations. All together, this underscores our dedication to enhancing both user experiences and operational efficiency. As part of our ongoing success, we are thrilled to announce 1224 improvements and 444 new features. This altogether stabilises Maxxton Software and gives further room for a competitive advantage.

Professionalisation by Nurturing Expertise and Sharing Knowledge

Maxxton continues to elevate its professionalism and influence in the IT landscape through various initiatives. Colleague Martin de Smit recently shared insights during the “We are in IT together Conference“, delving into the application of data and AI for dynamic pricing and customer deduplication, along with future project opportunities. A 2-day leadership training course brought 12 colleagues together, fostering knowledge sharing and team bonding around a campfire. Guild managers from all departments convened for a productive meeting, aligning strategic goals and promoting collaboration. Maxxton proudly sponsored and hosted a workshop at the successful Hacking by the Sea 2023 hackathon, engaging over 100 students in various categories. Colleagues attended the CSS Day conference in Amsterdam, gaining inspiration from talks on the latest web technologies and best practices. Another group of colleagues visited Google for various knowledge sessions and engaging team-building activities. Maxxton’s commitment to an exceptional workplace was further validated with the prestigious Great Place to Work certification. These endeavours underscore Maxxton’s dedication to professional growth, innovation, and fostering a positive work environment.
