Dawn joined Rural Solutions 5 years ago, bringing a wealth of commercial leisure and hospitality expertise and a deep passion for the rural property sector. Following a decade-long career working with many hundreds of visitor attraction and resort operators, Dawn has honed a collaborative approach to advising on leisure diversification that has resulted in the successful implementation of new visitor attractions, guest accommodation and dining experiences that meeting the unique needs of consumers, rural property owners and investors alike. 

Her responsibilities encompass market appraisal, feasibility and financial viability testing, visitor experience design and master planning, concept proofing, and business and operational planning, ensuring the smooth progress of these projects from concept to opening day. Furthermore, Dawn's qualification as an accountant and her intimate working knowledge of these businesses and the challenges faced by rural property owners, brings a commercial validation to all the projects she is involved in.
