Danielle Nicholls - Brand Manager - Twycross Zoo

Danielle Nicholls is a creative marketing professional with vast experience across the UK’s attractions and leisure industry. She began her career at Super Break, supporting national tourism campaigns and partner marketing within the attractions, theatre, and short breaks sector. She later joined Drayton Manor Resort, where she led digital campaigns, launched several large-scale attractions, and contributed to a major brand refresh. Danielle then moved to the Alton Towers Resort team to lead on organic social strategy and content, delivering high-impact campaigns - including the announcement and launch of Nemesis Reborn, CBeebies House Party Live and Toxicator. 

Now Brand Manager at Twycross Zoo, she oversees brand strategy, campaign planning, above the line marketing, and events for the leading conservation charity. Her work focuses on connecting consumers with the zoo’s mission through compelling, purpose-driven campaigns that inspire and engage.
