Becoming a reliable partner to furnish cabins at their new site

Forest Holidays, an established name in the Holiday industry, needed a reliable partner to furnish cabins at their new site in Glentress Forest Lodges. The goal was to belnd modern, stylish rattan and modular furniture sets to create a welcoming atmosphere for their guests. As an approved supplier for Forest Holidays, we had previously furnished other locations for them, but this particular project came with unique challenges. 

Challenges Faced:

Other contractors on site: Several contractors were on-site performing other tasks, which created a busy and sometimes crowded environment. 

Incomplete site: The site wasn't fully finished at the time of delivery, making logistics and set-up a bit more complex. 

What We Did 

Ensured A Smooth Execution 

Given the scope of the project and the hurdles we faced, we worked closely with Forest Holidays to ensure smooth execution. 

Communication & Coordination: We maintained clear, constant communication with the other contractors working on the site. This was crucial to avoid any disruptions and to ensure that safety protocols were adhered to, especially when teh site was still under costruction. 

Protecting the Furniture: The customer requested a mix of rattan and modular sets for the cabins. Anticipating potentual damage from ongoing construction and the rush leading up to the grand opening, we suggested leaving the packaging around the glass table tops intact on site. This would act as a protective layer against any external hazards before the official opening. Forest Holidays accepted this recommendation, and we were able to protect the furniture while keeping it in pristine condition. 

The Outcome

Everything was in place for Forest Holiday's Soft Opening 

Despite the external factors, out team delivered on time and ensured that everything was in place for Forest Holidays' soft opening. The furniture was not only functional but enhanced the overall aesthetic of the cabins, adding a modern and stylish touch that perfectly complemented the site's theme. 

Short-Term Impact:

The delivery was prompt and the furniture was set up to our high standards, ready for Forest Holidays' soft opening. 

The furniture was well-received by the team, and it blended seamlessly with the canins' overall design, creating an inviting, modern atmosphere for guests. 

Long-Term Impact: 

Guests will continue to enjoy the durable and stylish furniture, contributing to a high-quality experience at the cabins.

Forest Holidays expressed their satisfaction with the project, noting that despite the challenges, the setup process went smoothly and the result was exactly what the hoped for.
