Damage Deposit lets Parks replace the traditional deposit with a small fee that the guest pays when they book.

With Damage Deposit, the guest knows the amount before they arrive. There is no deposit to pay up front and no card hold, so checkout is simpler and there is less reason to hesitate. The Park offers it subject to its own terms.

The team no longer collects, holds or returns deposits. The Park still assesses any damage, but there are fewer deductions to negotiate with guests.

The Park also earns from it. When guests pay the fee, the Park pays Pikl a premium and keeps the rest as ancillary revenue.

Pikl works in the background and the guest experience stays with the Park. Cover is subject to policy terms, limits and exclusions. Actual terms are agreed once we understand the Park’s operations and model.
