Flexible Cancellation lets Parks offer guests the right to cancel up to a cut-off date of the Park’s choosing, on bookings made directly with the Park. It works across owned units, units rented from private owners and units let as an agent, so one conversation can cover the whole site.

Parks can offer it two ways. As an add-on, the guest chooses flexible terms at checkout for an extra fee. As an all-inclusive rate, the flexible terms are built into the price. In both cases the guest pays at booking, and the booking journey stays on the Park’s own site.

If a guest cancels within the terms, they are refunded and the Park still gets paid. The Park sets the guest fee, which covers the premium, and keeps the rest as ancillary revenue. If a cancelled stay is re-let, the Park keeps a share of that income as well.
