Exhibitor FAQs

What is the Exhibitor Zone?

The Exhibitor Zone is a central point for exhibitors in the run-up to the Show. This is where you can see all your stand information, access Marketing Information, Operational and Registration information. The Exhibitor E-Zone also contains links to the order forms for your stand & logistical items.

Where do I find the Exhibitor Manual?

Your Exhibitor Manual can be accessed within the E-Zone. Down the left hand side. This contains all the information you require as an exhibitor with us.

How do I book additional services?

Stand Extras, such as furniture, electrics, lighting and more, can be ordered through the links contained the Exhibitor Manual, accessed via the E-Zone.

Will there be visitor WiFi zones?

There is FREE public Wi-Fi access across exhibition halls and some conference venues however the only way to guarantee internet services is via your own personalized wireless SSiD or a hardwired connection. Further information and order details can be found within the Exhibitor Manual.

How many staff can I have on my stand?

You can have as many staff as you wish on your stand, so long as they have been registered. Please register all staff that will be present on your stand via the register your staff form within the Exhibitor Zone.

How will you keep me updated?

Please look out for regular Exhibitor Information emails. These will be sent to the stand organiser and will contain any 'need to know' information and approaching deadlines. If you are not receiving these please contact us at customer.success@agriconnect.com. 

How many free parking passes do I get?

There is one free parking pass per stand. You can collect your car park pass from the Organiser's Office in Hall 19 upon arrival at the NEC. Any additonal car park passes are discounted if purchased in advance direct from the NEC website - https://www.thenec.co.uk/visitors/parking-at-the-nec/

Where is the Organiser's Office? 

The organiser's office is located in Hall 19, NEC

What’s included in my Shell scheme package? 

Walls, fascia/nameboard and 1 x 500w electric socket are included in your shell scheme package. Any additional extras can be ordered via the Exhibitor Manual within your Exhibitor Zone.

Are children permitted in halls during build/breakdown? 

Sorry, but as our halls are busy working environments we don’t allow anyone under the age of 16 in the halls during build and breakdown.

Will show photography and videography be taken during the show? 

Our photography and video team will be onsite to capture the show overall.  They cannot be booked in relation to individual stands. If you wish for your stand to fiimed/photographed this must be orgainsed by youself.
