What is a trade show?

A trade show is a gathering of businesses (exhibitors), professionals and business representatives (visitors) that come together in a specialised venue to exchange knowledge, products and services and make connections with other like-minded professionals. Trade shows are useful for B2B businesses or ‘traders’ because they can spread knowledge of their products and connect with prospects in an organic setting that’s tailored to them and their audience.

How do I register to attend?

Do I need to pay for parking?

Yes, parking is charged. Be prepared and book your parking up to 3 months ahead of Holiday Park and Resort Innovation 2023 to take full advantage of the early bird pricing, saving you 30%! 

Early bird parking is £12.85 while on the day the fee will be £16.95 - save yourself some money and secure your discount parking here.

Is the venue accessible?

The NEC aims to be fully user-friendly for visitors with access needs. This is a quick guide to some of their facilities.

Is there a cash point?

Yes, there are ATM machines on site. Please note: The NEC is now a cashless venue.

Can I apply to speak at the event?

Is the show free to attend?

Yes, the Land, Leisure and Tourism show is free to attend.

Are seminars free to attend?

Yes, all of our seminars are free to attend, and you can attend as many as you'd like. Our full seminar schedule for 2024 will be available closer to the event

Can I bring children?

We welcome children of any age as long as they are accompanied by somebody over the age of 18. Please note that all visitors will need to register via the normal registration process.

Can I register upon arrival to the show?

We recommend registering in advance to ensure you have the smoothest possible start to the show and avoid queuing, but you can register at one of our registration desks should you need to. Register as soon as you can to receive all the latest updates on the Land, Leisure and Tourism Show.

Do I need to print my ticket?

We recommend printing your ticket in advance, allowing you to bypass any queues.

Is my registration for the show date specific?

Registration for the Land, Leisure and Tourism Show is non-date specific. Your entry badge allows you to attend both days.

How can I find my way around the show?

We will have an Event App, with a digital show guide and the floorplan, which will be available closer to the event. On arrival at the show, there will be 'you are here' boards at each entrance to help direct you around the event.

Will show photography and videography be taken during the show?

The purchase of a ticket signifies acceptance that as members of the audience, ticket holders may be filmed, sound recorded and/or photographed for broadcast and/or future publicity.

Will there be food and drink at the show?

Yes, The NEC has on-site restaurants located in Hall 20 and 19 providing a wide selection of refreshing drinks, hot meals, deli sandwiches, salads, and cakes. You can also head over to Leisure, Food and Beverage Zone to sample food and drink from our top exhibitors.
