Build Up
Below is the outline schedule for stands.
We would ask all exhibitors and contractors to adhere to the timetable below as this will help with a smooth build up.

Shell Scheme Exhibitors |
No Hiabs are allowed into the hall after 9am on Monday 3rd November. Please contact Viv Orchard viv.orchard@vivevents.co.uk if you require early access to accommodate your delivery with a Hiab. Please note that it is compulsory to wear hi-vis vests in the loading bays and in the halls during build up and breakdown.
Children under 16 are not permitted in the halls during this time.

Please note it is compulsory to wear hi-vis vests in the loading bays and in the halls during build up and breakdown.
Exhibits and stand fittings must remain in place until all visitors have exited the halls on Thursday 6th November 2025 and the show is closed, which will be announced by a tannoy announcement.

Shell Scheme Exhibitors
All shell scheme exhibitors must have vacated their stands by 22:00hrs on Thursday 6th November.
Please make sure you remove all display panels & promotional material as this will be removed as rubbish if left on your stand after this time.
Space Only Exhibitors
Please ensure all exhibits, stand fitting, waste materials including carpet and carpet tape are cleared from the halls by 16:00 on Friday 7th November. Any materials remaining after this time will be removed as rubbish.
Exhibitors failing to comply with this order will be charged at £300 per hour (or part thereof) for this clearance service.
