How do I register to attend?

Do I need to pay for parking?
Yes, the NEC charges for parking. You can book your parking up to three months in advance to save 30%.
Is the venue accessible?
The NEC aims to be fully user-friendly for visitors with access needs. A guide to facilities is available via the venue.
Is there a cash point?
Yes, there are ATM machines on site. Please note that the NEC is now a cashless venue.
Can I apply to speak at the event?
If you're interested in becoming a speaker, you can find the benefits and an application form online. Our Conference Producer will then be in touch.
Is the show free to attend?
Yes, the Land Leisure & Tourism Show is free to attend.
Are seminars free to attend?
Yes, all seminars are free to attend and you can attend as many as you'd like.

Can I bring children?
Yes, children are permitted to attend. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Children must have tickets with their own names for health and safety reasons. These can be collected from the ticket desk on arrival.
Can I register upon arrival?
We recommend registering in advance to avoid queues, but you can register at one of the ticket desks if needed.
Do I need to print my ticket?
We recommend printing your ticket to bypass queues, although digital tickets are also accepted.
Is my registration date-specific?
Registration is non-date specific. Your entry badge allows you to attend both days.
How can I find my way around the show?
An Event App and floorplan will be available closer to the event.
'You Are Here' boards will also be positioned at each entrance.
What is the code of conduct?
Agriconnect is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment. By attending, you agree to follow the event’s code of conduct, which is available online.
Will photography or filming take place?
Yes. By registering and attending, you acknowledge that photography and filming may take place for promotional purposes.
Will there be food and drink available?
Yes, the NEC has on-site restaurants located in Halls 19 and 20 offering hot meals, drinks, sandwiches, salads and snacks.
