Brand new for 2026, Meet & Connect is a new way to network: designed to make your time at the LLT & FBI as seamless and productive as possible.

Rather than spending time searching for the right exhibitors, Meet & Connect does the hard work for you. Simply tell us what you're interested in, the categories, products and business services relevant to you, and our matching technology will pair you with the exhibitors best suited to your interests. We'll then pre-book your meetings for you, so you can arrive at the show with a ready-made schedule of relevant conversations already in place.

How it works  

How it works  

  • In September, you'll be sent access to the show app to share your preferences, the categories, products and services you'd like to explore.
  • You'll have 1 week to complete your preferences.
  • We match you with relevant exhibitors using smart, automated matching, and pre-book your meetings.
  • You'll then have a few days to review your proposed meetings and flag any changes.
  • Once the review window closes, your meetings are confirmed and secured, no further booking admin required.

  • Up to 4 pre-booked meetings, 15 minutes each
  • Morning and afternoon slots available, choose what suits your arrival time
  • A short review step so you can see who you're matched with before confirming
  • Once confirmed, we ask that you commit to attending, if plans change, just let us know
  • Meetings take place onsite at the VIP Meeting Hub at the show

Exclusively for VIPs

Meet & Connect is available exclusively to our VIP members as part of your VIP package, at no additional cost. Access to submit preferences will be sent within the next 2 weeks, with a 1 week window to complete them, followed by a short review period before meetings are secured. The app then opens to all visitors in early October, at which point anyone, including VIPs, can connect with exhibitors to book further meetings themselves. Pre-arranged, matched meetings remain a VIP-only benefit, and all VIP meetings take place onsite at the VIP Meeting Hub at the show.

Not yet registered as a VIP?

Meet & Connect is exclusive to our VIP members. If you'd like to take part but don't currently have VIP access, you can register for the show for free. If you don't already have a VIP code (these are sent by email), contact events@agriconnect.com to ask about VIP access and how to get involved.
