All shell scheme exhibitors must complete and return the Risk Assessment for Shell Scheme Stands form, which can be found in the documents section at the end of the manual. Completion of this is mandatory and depending on the amount and types of hazards highlighted, you may be required to submit additional information.
All space only exhibitors must complete and submit a full risk assessment, method statement and construction phase plan alongside full stand plans. Failure to submit the above information, or failure to obtain stand build approval may result in stand construction being halted, changes imposed, or disassembly required at the exhibitor’s own expense.
It is essential that all space only contractors and exhibitors must submit the above documentation by Friday 15th September 2023 for approval by the organisers (DATE NEEDS UPDATING). Approval will be issued in writing prior to commencement of build up.
